Sincere Business Advisors was founded by Nick Lupoli, a former COO with over 20 years of experience leading multi site industrial and manufacturing organizations.The name “Sincere” traces back to Nick’s grandfather’s business, Sincere Auto Service in Queens, New York, built on trust, hard work, and treating people the right way. Those values carried into Father & Sons Auto Sales in Leeds, New York, where Nick grew up working in the business and learning firsthand what it means to serve customers well and take pride in doing things the right way.Nick has held executive roles with full P&L responsibility, leading teams of 100 to 700+ employees and driving performance across complex operations.SBA is built on that operating experience. The firm works with owners, investors, and leadership teams to set direction, strengthen operations, and execute through critical moments, particularly during periods of transition, investment, or change.The focus is straightforward, clear direction, aligned leadership, and disciplined execution, with a practical understanding of what drives performance and where risk exists inside the business.
